You should not take Cialis® if you are taking any of the medicines listed above or have any of the following health conditions: moderate to severe liver disease, moderate to severe kidney disease, retinitis pigmentosa, sickle cell anemia, or certain heart problems such as advanced congestive heart failure or a recent myocardial infarction. Yes. Cialis® is approved to aid the treatment of the following medical issues: pulmonary arterial hypertension (if taken without nitrates) and enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH).
